Yes every spring we would harvest dandelion greens before they got bitter just before they flowered and fry them in the pan with a little bacon grease and mix in scrambling eggs with them 😋, I wasn't aware that the flowers were edible until I met a lady that fresh them in a pan as well!

Yes so true! I couldnt understand why my little poodle was eating the leaves until I saw your videos! My Girl has Thyroid disease and has been put on human Thyroid medication since she was six and she will be 12 in Sept. At our last residence, my little girl was munching on the leaves everywhere in the yard, but now we moved and I cant find any for her as I had to get turf brought in as there was no grass in the current yard and now we have no weeds! So out and about looking for dandelions this weekend for my precious baby girl! Im even wondering what help they can do for my aging self after spinal fusion sugery!
