I was actually just thinking about getting my third earlobe piercing with a gun but this video helped me realize that I should have it done professionally with a needle instead.🙂

When i was a kid, my lobes were pierced with a gun when i wore only normal earrings it caused it to be difficult to pass the earrings through the hole cleanly. I would stick it in halfway then have to "find" the exit hole. I later tried to stretch them but they are not easy to stretch due to being lopsided. So not only is it good in the moment when you get a piercing but it's also better to use a needle to prevent these annoying issues that can make injuries more likely.

I have 2 piercing One with needle and one with gun but as my opinion needle is painful and gun is without pain

I got my first ear piercing when I was 6 weeks old with a gun 14 years later and my ears are perfectly fine it’s ok to use a gun honestly I recommend the needle for re-piercing

Never had the gun, but my face-stabber uses a needle and he is really gentle so it feels like a nice, warm, sharp hug 😊

this is how my mom used to do mine so she put a half of a potato on the back side of my ear and then got a needle and percied it and how to know if you done was that the potato makes a sound and also helps my mom not poke her hands with the needle..

Ok but the pain with a needle is no minimal it depends on pain tolerance.my lobe hurt like hell because I have a low pain tolerance

I always thought a piercing gun would hurt less and not cause any infections, needles on the other hand scared the living hell out of me. But, now that I’ve seen more videos of people preferring needles over guns, it’s time.

it doesn't matter on skin.. that's too little and will be okay again after 3/4 min

As someone who has pierced with the kit too, i can say it isn't like how it is showed here. It it a biased video.

If you make it from the kit's side, you can clearly make the needle poke the ear or any unwanted part of your body.

The gun doesn't get stuck like that. The person just jammed the needle and didn't close it.
