Mai akela bahut rehta hu.
Mai sugar intake zyada karta hu
Meri sleep bhi irregular hai
Mujhe ye sab cheezen... band kar deni chahiye, ye Mai sirf sochta tha lekin apply nahi karta tha.
Isse waake hi mere brain ki input capacity, and thinking ability ko bahut nuksaan hua hai.
Aaj se Mai ye sab kuchh chhod raha hu. Mujhe yakeen hai ki mera brain mujhe thank you zarur kahega.
