I personally think Paimon is the Primordial one bc he is basically the god that created EVERYTHING, and Paimon is also a demon king's name, both are leaders hence making Paimon the Primordial one, and u can spell Paimon with PrIMOrdiAl oNe.The unknown god might be Herrscher of Void bc Honkai is an alternate universe of genshin where Wendy is Venti, Raiden Mei is Raiden Ei, Yae Sakura is Yae miko and so on

Paimon is probably the middle piece of the chess board and the gnoses are fragments of her. If she gets all the gnosis back to her, she might turn into the 3rd descender who was deceased mysteriously.

There's a few theories about Paimon's connection to The Unknown God.

1. Basically, she _is_ The Unknown God, acting sort of like Tobi in Naruto did.

2. She's the daughter of The Unknown God, who doesn't agree with the things her Mother did, so she was either cast out or she fled.

3. She's The Unknown God's Sister. There's a few divergent theories from this one as to why, how and what for.

4. She's actually the Mother of The Unknown God, but she was somehow turned into a child, either from The Unknown God's hands or other circumstances.

5. She's a clone of The Unknown God, similarly to how Nahida is a clone of The Greater Lord. Similarly to 3, this theory has a few divergent theories.

6. Her and The Unknown God used to be one single entity, but because of unknown circumstances, they were split resulting in 2 new entities. One being the good half (Paimon) and the other being the bad half (The Unknown God).

7. She's a disciple of The Unknown God that either went rogue or was cast out.

8. She was affected by The Unknown God in such a way that she ended up physically resembling her, except for her eyes.

9. Paimon is actually the Primordial One, and The Unknown God is the dark half of her power given form.

10. It's just pure coincidence that she looks similar to The Unknown God.
