I love it as much as the original, Paimon is literally an enigmatic character but never tells or have shown any sign of obvious suspicion save for a few lines from the Story and Event Quests.

Still on the fence she's not gonna backstab us, but more on how she's not telling us the whole picture

I think Paimon is our traveler’s guide to the “throne in the sky”. Her job is basically to keep us on-course, so we reach that throne. I assume this game will end with us becoming the new rulers of Teyvat, or “the third who came”

I like how Paimon's evil eyes are similar to/that of The Unknown God. I don't believe that Paimon is the Unknown God, but having those eyes rather than just simple red eyes is a detail I like. And admittedly, if she were the Unknown God, Nahida's reaction to what secrets lie in Paimon's mind, plus the "shhh" that Paimon does, is very chilling indeed.
