There’s a reason the opposition has feared her from the moment she showed up on the national stage 17yrs ago as top surrogate for her hubby. Never coddled, she’s dignifiedly handled 17yrs of attacks. When my brother was shot at Fort Hood, we got to meet the president and Michelle Obama. She was one of the most genuine people I have ever met in my life. When she gave me a hug, you can feel that it was not fake and if there was love behind that hug. She looked me straight in the eye, and you could tell that she cared.
