Michelle discussed an experience of American racism with Today when she described an experience of waiting in line - as a regular person - for ice cream with her daughters. A white woman butted in front of her. That was an experience with racism. How many of us - of all colors - have had the experience of someone butting us in line?

When you went to go get ice cream, did you ever stop to think that maybe the people that were in line to get ice creqm wqs getting ice cream for their children or maybe the people in line were in a gurry or something? Do you know the people in line? Do you know what is in their minds at that time? Did you follow them and spied on them to see what they would say? How do you know it was about your race? Did you ask them?
