AT&T workers remain on strike after negotiations stall

This needs to stop. My father used to be a technician for ATT but he currently works as a dispatcher for salesmen. Him along with many other people are being forced to stay in different parts of Florida hours away from their home for 6 days a week to fill in for the technicians that are on strike. My father hasn't been able to spend more than 24 hours a week with his family as well as not being able to go to church for about a month now all because these idiots want "better wage and benefits" when they already have amazing wage and benefits, and I know that because theirs are way better than my father's and even then the wage and benefits he has are great, but even then the union is still protecting and paying these people for holding up signs while my father (and many others) is being forced to stay in some hotel in some mountains hours away from his house without being able to spend even a day with his family or attend church. He is "deployed" as they're calling it from Monday to Saturday and he drives hours to his house on Sunday mornings to spend that time with his family just to drive all the way back the same night and do it all over again, and mind you he's still getting paid his normal wage. All these people need to give up already or get fired because this is outrageous.

All of them will be replaced by East Indians. The AT&T in conyers is almost all Indian workers. AT&T is losing money and is trying to save money, they don't have the money to pay a higher wage.

They are going to replace all of them with Ai.

That workforce may want to start considering investing in network marketing.

Employees are becoming more & more liabilities that will become obsolete as technology advances.
