At&T is trying to charge me for something that their representatives did just to make a sale. Justin and Matt worked at the Carmel In store knew I was on a limited budget. The two added a discount to my offer knowing that I didn't qualify. I was caught off guard buy a letter stating that I didn't qualify for the discount. I've called their main office and they keep passing to different people. They say that there's nothing they can do.
I explained the whole situation to them and they say I have to pay the error that they made or cancel my contract. I'm very upset about what is going on but I'm not going to let them railroad me.
You should reconsider going with them as YOU will pay for their mistakes.
