🤔Weight Loss VS Body Recomposition

When you only focus on losing weight by doing cardio and restricting your calories, you will just become a "smaller" version of how you currently look

But when you improve your body composition by building muscle and dropping fat, you change your entire body shape.

I know that seeing the weight go down on the scale feels good, but it does not paint a complete picture.

I coached several people that did not lose much weight but had a tremendous body transformation. Because they built muscle while losing fat.

And yes, research shows it is possible to build muscle while in a calorie deficit [1].

🔑So stop obsessing over the scale and start taking body measurements!

🔑Stop being a cardio-bunny, and lift some heavy weight!

🔑Stop starving yourself, and fuel your body while controlling portions!

Started it 2 weeks ago and already started seeing results
I look and feel better doing body recomp than I felt doing cardio and calorie deficit

For the building muscle can you make a video for like a calisthenics and weights push pull legs routine bc i got no idea what to do😅
