Keto Breakfast Rollups

Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
3 - Chicken salami
3 - Chicken sausage
2 - eggs
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp of grated cheese

Method:
Heat butter in a pan and fry the chicken salami on both sides till golden and keep aside
In the same pan add chicken sausage and fry them as well. keep aside
In a bowl crack 2 eggs, whisk well. Heat butter in a pan pour the beaten egg, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Let the egg cook for a couple of mins, add grated cheese, fried salami and sausage and roll it up.
Serve hot and enjoy!
