INGREDIENTS:
-7 slices of keto bread (or keto friendly tortillas)
-5 tbsp ChocZero Cookie Butter Spread
-2 eggs
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/8 tsp salt
-1/4 cup granular sugar substitute
-3 tsp cinnamon powder
-2 tbsp butter

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Combine 2 tsp cinnamon and granular sugar substitute together then pour out onto a plate and set aside.

-Take your keto bread and cut the crusts off all 4 sides. You can save the crusts to make croutons or breadcrumbs.

-Use a rolling pin to flatten out the slices of bread then spread about ½ tbsp of the ChocZero Cookie Butter Spread out over the bread. Gently roll up the bread and set aside.

-In a shallow container whisk together 2 eggs, 1 tsp cinnamon, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

-Submerge each French toast roll-up into the egg mixture to coat on all sides then place in a sauté pan with butter over medium low heat.

-Turn the roll-ups every minute until you have a golden crust on all sides then immediately roll in the cinnamon and granular sugar substitute mixture.

-Drizzle with additional cookie butter and garnish with strawberries and whipped cream.
