I needed to see this video this week (watched the video a few days ago and just had to come back and comment) - I know I lie to myself about how much I'm eating, but I still have trouble not doing it. I just found you because of my binge eating disorder. When you speak I feel like we share 1 mind. You're very motivational, I just joined WW. I need to be able to eat and can't do restrictive diets. I will need to learn patience with weight loss as well as learning to live a better life. I was sporty as well, I used to hide food, and just developed an unhealthy relationship with food. Nikki, you are so right! When we eat good, we feel good! I can always tell when I’ve had something that I don’t normally eat. My body is like what’re we doing ma’am? 😂 Most times it wasn’t even worth it. Thank you for providing such informative videos! ❤

YES! Planning is such a key. No waiting for dinner hour to wonder what you’re gonna eat. I credit you so much for my weekly veggie mix days. I also do turkey burgers and taco meat. Having prepped food makes the journey so much easier. Hugs Nik

Great video. We can be our own worst enemy sometimes. I have used age, health issues, financing (for buying healthy fruits and veggies)I have no metabolism, menopause. You name it, I used it for being overweight. I feel so much better when I eat healthy. Thank you for sharing your journey with us

Finding that balance is so hard. Tracking is hard because the food noise is so prominent. But I am tracking again because I am soooo sick of physically feeling like total crap. The food prep has definitely helped me stay on track.

I can relate so much to lying about portion size. I thought because my amount was reduced. I would lose weight. Honesty and consistency was the key.
