you are a lifesaver!! This machine was a gift several years back. We only used it a couple of times before we downsized and moved to another state. Since then the machine remained packed away...untile today when I was preparing a surprise Birthday Party for my 28 y/o Grandson on Cinco De mayo. As I unpacked the machine I decided to review how to use it on You Tube....as I paged through the first few vidiios I cae across your "How to Disassemble and I realized I had not done this AT ALL before we moved and have no idea where the instruction book is. I watched your video a couple of times and then tackled the process. I was shocked at the condition I found the insides to be in AND THANKFUL for coming across you video. Now, thanks to you, our machine is as clean as when we first recieved it and I know how to go about keeping it that way. THANK YOU!

This was super helpful! Thank you for taking the time. One thing that I was trying to figure out was how to clean the spout that lifts up to put the pitcher in. I layed the machine on its back and could clearly see that it needed to be cleaned where liquid had splashed. Just used a warm soapy cloth, and easy clean! Now I am an expert at cleaning my machine, thank you so much again!

Ok I figured out how to clean the “Beak” aka the green ice shoot hood. Hold that part over the edge of your sink like it’s a kid you are holding up to wash their own hands. And use faucet attachment or pit tire of soapy water to flush the beak out until you get to the dried syrup/mold etc.

I had the same issue and I just kept my finger on the button and kept turning. I was scared to break it as well, but it works. I heard a clunk and yeah it’s loosened itself up for me to remove and clean 😀

Good job showing all this! I found mold up inside the spout. This area gets splash back from the blender contents and the spout cannot be disassembled. I used a Q Tip for that and it was difficult.

Is there anyway to remove the green spout with the logo? We had a strawberry drink whirl up in there. I've wiped it down, but would like to remove it and wash it thoroughly.

Can the front green spring loaded cover be removed and cleaned? I notice some gunk building up on the bottom crease of the green cover.

How do you remove the white housing under the white ice shaver bowl? It is dirty under there and I can't see how to remove it for cleaning under it.
