Not everyone can AFFORD thick cut 1-1/4+ inch steaks so this is on point for thin steaks...and as far as my taste buds go, thin steaks done right are every bit as satisfying as thick ones. Thanx for a great vid!

I wasn't able to get a caramelized sear on a few thin steaks the other day. I see now that my mistake was pouring a pool of olive oil in the pan. I thought the problem was not getting the pan hot enough, so I turned up the heat so high that I filled the kitchen with smoke (it was comical). Thanks for the lesson.

Wow, I knew I really overcooked the steaks the last time I tried, but now I see by how much. No wonder they were crunchy! I think this is the most helpful video I've found so far.

Great for the Keto diet. Steak and eggs breakfast with thin cut ribeye is wonderful. Cooked on the grittle next to the eggs, takes all of 2 mins. Season just like he did. Delicious, quick.

I get thin steaks because when money is tight they're cheap and can stay in the freezer till we need them. :)

Thank you Chef. Love my steak sandwiches on 15 grain pepperidge farm bread. I use the bracciole beef. It takes less than 2 minutes. I take the bread, and coat one side with the cooked olive oil, pepper, and seasoning. Yummy!
