That is my advice as well having been there done that. At least if you're at the center you can see them face-to-face when something happens.

I have HAD IT WITH PMI I even failed due to their system they claim it’s technical difficulties but it still shows as failed and they refused to do anything then I resist and before I could even sign in it shut me out again the proctor disappeared. SMH I did all this because I have a baby and it’s difficult to go out to centers but GOD I AM MENTALLY BROKEN FROM PREPARING THEN GOING THROUGH THIS

Update: I sat it again after having them refund my entire payment then authorized two exam opportunity and extended my eligibility period to an extra 90 days. I was happy for that but now I PASSED I can’t use the other voucher. It was almost 2 weeks worth of back and forth.
I will certainly be staying here to continue to educate myself on changes

Agreed. I was at 80% completion and the app closed on me. I was unable to finish and unable to get anyone on the phone. Very stressful experience. Have to retake it. This time in person.

I took the exam at home and passed on the first try and it was smooth once the exam started. The setup was rough, I had to make sure my computer software was updated, sending pictures to the proctor, also, I had to buy adapters for the wifi connection ect. If I had to take it again, I would go to the testing center.

I think they fixed the issues, I took my at home it was perfect as my newborn was sleeping. No errors.

I took the exam in October 2024. After my second break (of which I took 5 minutes), I came back to a white screen and my test had disappeared. 30 minutes later, the technical issue was sorted. Thank goodness that I had 5 minutes of my break left, because I needed to use the bathroom after all the stress. I'd recommend to go to a test centre too. Thankfully I still passed the exam, but that stress was way too much to experience again. It seems impossible to complain to them too. I tried to complain to the PMI and Pearson to no avail, only so no one else had to go through what I went through.

100% my test got revoked with 50 questions left. Online proctors said i was talking and mumbling and they shut my teat down. $600 down the drain and now $275 to retake

I did the test yesterday at center. I tell you... it is restricts IN PERSON (they make me remove watch, eartings, see my pockets, see under my hair, look everything.).. imagine those restrictions at home?. DO NOT TAKE AT HOME

Agreed, this goes for all exams, COVID is over folks, these "proctors" will have you taking pictures of your bathroom showing 4 ID's
