Does magnesium show up in blood tests? They said all nutrients were fine, except for Vit D. I asked specifically about my B12 because I’d already been vegan for a few years & hadn’t had the supplement in a little bit, but they said it was “really good”.

I’m under 30 & I’ve had these ridges on my nails for as long as I can remember (not all of them, most pronounced on thumbs).

Could I just have aged super quickly?
