Attaching rope onto objects- back splice

In this video I show you how to attach rope onto various items. This way of attaching rope works well on dog collars, lanyards and similar projects. It is a decent, less bulky alternative to the eye splice.

Easy enough..where did you find your folding fid.? Thats the second one i, ve seen..but don't know where to look for one?..
