What is Gasless Flux Core Welding? ( FCAW - Self Shield ) Feat. Double Pulse Mig Welding Machine

Hello everyone.
Non-gas welding, gasless flux core welding, and self-shielding FCAW all mean the same thing.
Today, I will briefly introduce gasless flux cored welding.
The features, advantages and disadvantages of non-gas welding wire and some weaving techniques are included in the video.
The characteristics of the wire may vary depending on the manufacturer.
In the future, I will show you more various contents about non-gas welding.

정확히 얘기하면 논가스나 CO2 모두 MIG에 포함된거 아닌가요?...
밑에 댓글에 답변다신 거 보니까... MIG랑 CO2 차이가 알곤가스를 사용한다고 되어있는데 그거 맞는건지?... 저는 그렇게 알고있지 않은데 제가 잘못알고있나 해서요.

Always interesting videos, well done . To be honest Id rather stick weld than use flux core, I never find the results are worthy of the effort. A cut and etch across the middle of the plate would have been good to see also.

Alreadt use it to weld a tank for electric central, this process is the worst to use, you realy need to protec yourself from projection and not use expensive helmet, but working good, fast to weld, thank you for this video .

I heard alot of people complaining about the excess smoke. (That there is alot of fumes that can easely knock you out when you dont have a big smoke sucker above the welding area). Can you go into that as wel? Thank you greetings out The Netherlands

1.스패터가 많이 튀어서 모제에 여드름이 핀다
2.와이어 미는 힘이 약하다
3.아크용접기에 비해 무겁다
4.co2용접기에 비해 팁이 빨리 망가진다

장점
1.그걸 씹어먹을 용접작업 속도
2.간편성
