Thanks Tim. As homeowners who usually only have flux core mig units, these videos reinforce proper technique as we usually only weld occasionally. The old adage, "If you don't use it, you lose it". And Happy Fathers Day!!

I can't wait to get signed up for your video lessons. This video came just in time for me to hook up the burn box and start welding with flux core. Tim, you put out a great video set. Much appreciated.

Another great video. Short and to the point. Two clear examples that even I understood (I have no welding experience) and could use to start welding. I also like that you used the HF welder which I assume many beginners/hobbiest would pick as their first tool.

I got bought my first ever welder for as this year at 41 years young.
Ive only used the hand held mask so far and i defo need a new mask to steady my welding hand with the other.
I got a few good puddles after watching your video as it was alot of pigeon poop on my first go.
Im using a draper gasless mig somthing force 140amp & gen welding semi air tanks to gas bottles to make four chimnea's for my rear yard.
I hope to get good enough to make a indoor wood stove but atm im a long way off air tight sealed welds 👍

Tim I really like your videos. I have learned a lot about the different types of welding. Years ago I had attended a trade school and couldn't get past the pipe to be able to get to anything else. Thanks for sharing your knowledge

excellent video again Tim, I find that looking from the left when right-hand welding gives a better view of the weld pool.

Appreciate the video Tim, especially as I had asked you about flux core welding the other day. Cheers from Northern Ireland.

Tim -- congrats on getting your courses going, your videos were extremely helpful, I'm sure your courses will be even better. I enjoyed the couple of projects you've posted here. IDK about your general audience, or how it fits in with your plans, but I would love to see simple (or not-so-simple) projects posted here.
