Dehydration is such a problem for people all over the world for many reasons. This video is very incorrect. Basic rule of thumb is at least half of body weight in oz of water. Then add as necessary. Skin signs tell something too. What counts as good fluids and what does not. And not being thirsty is an issue. And waiting to drink until you are thirsty means that you are already dehydrated. Bad to use "science" as reference in this case. Something wrong with that, here.
