I've applied to hundreds of jobs and barely got any calls eventhough I'm fully qualified and have a degree and 6 years of experience in management and a good amount of experience as a social media analyst. My name sounds Middle Eastern and my last name is hard to pronounce and I've decided to just put my initials on my resume and conduct an experiment to see if that makes a difference. It saddens me that I've been actively looking for a job for the past year and a half and going through financial difficulties. Heartbroken.

What if you are 24 and constantly get rejected because you have no work experience? I guess?
