So I recently had the AHA! moment while studying Trust and now I feel like I can see everything crystal clear. I have a theory that Women are the original Trustee's, always wanting to control things, it makes so much sense now, also having a natural affinity to care for and nurture. The Grantor (The Most High) created Men to be the Protectors of the Trustee's for the sake of the beneficiaries (Their Children) who ideally would grow to be the "light of the world."

They will either exchange the instrument with the Fed for FRN's or with the Bureau of the Fiscal Service for other negotiable instruments using a stamp from CFR 31 328.5 (Fed) or 328.6 (Treasury). The IRS does the same thing. The entire financial system is based on exchanging pieces of paper.
