My dad taught me this a couple years ago.

In india, if u brought less than 50% of the bill (with the serial number fully visible), u can get 50% of the value of that bill.

If you get a 100 bill rip it to a 60:40 ratio then when you get a new bill rip it again with a 60:40 ratio but instead the opposite way so then when go to one bank and give in the 60 percent then go into another bank and give them the 2 40% percents and if they change then you have made 100 dollars

What if you ripped it in half then adked for a fresh one and found half on the floor so you rip part of the fresh one to have 51% of the bill and still have the other bill that has more than 50% so then you can double it

You can cut 20% of 4 bills and make it 80% and get 5 bills

But what if you ripped two $100 bills into thirds? That way you can you have three 2/3rd bills which is over a half.

Rip 2 bills into 2/3 and then you can give them 3 2/3 of a bill secections and get 3 bills
