One thing of note is that the simplest is blank card or clear rune because D20 can be kinda tedious

With the piggy bank or swallowed Penny you actually only need a heart on sale for the break, since it only costs 2 cents it's possible for swallowed penny to eventually give nickel and dimes, while piggy bank drops more than 2 cents per heart!

When greed mode first released, you could find blood donation machines in the shop. I'd restart runs and keep giving to the machines, and roughly every 5th run with a machine would be lucky enough of giving IV bag+hearts being sold+some kind of other item that gives on taking damage, and spiral into eventual infinite money.

D20 is less consistent than two of diamonds, but it only takes an item

I managed to have 80% of my pickups turn into troll bombs, and the other 20% wasn't enough to keep buying batteries

There's also another break that I did long ago with D1 + car battery, a battery on the button room and a coin on either treasure room. It took quite long to actually break the game (I was 40 minutes duplicating batteries because I got lots of mini batteries) but I managed to do it. You duplicate many batteries with d1, recharge with the same batteries, and duplicate batteries so you have plenty of them in the room, and duplicate the coin with leftover charges.

For those really struggling and haven't yet downloaded Repentance, consider doing a lot of these Greed Mode breaks before updating past Afterbirth+! Blank Card+Jera/2 of Diamonds only takes 1 Battery per use and D20 rerolls opened chests as individual pickups. Also Golden Bombs don't exist.

D20 break can also be achieved through the use of D Infinity and D100. Also, wild card can be used with diplopia to duplicate an infinite amount of coins.

Swallowed penny break also works if you have a red heart on sale (2c) since it can also spawn dimes and nickels, so you always either break even or profit

Also, head of the keeper is kinda bad, since it spawns coins in the ultra greed fight, which he can pick up to heal

Also, if you are playing as keeper, find sharp plug and car battery, sharp plug takes away two heart and the car battery makes the wooden penny spawns two pennies, and also wooden penny have a chance to spawn nickle/dimes, this also technically gives you infinite health

Whenever I saw the d20 in the shop I just went “yup I won.” Which is why I don’t pick it up anymore because it’s just an instant win when you find it

The d20 can escalate a lot more by having mom's key which spawns even more pickups
