I have been with my husband over 20 years. He has been my one and only. My daddy put so much love and care into me as a little girl and young woman that the idea of giving myself to just anybody was gross to me. I was tempted but not enough to go through it. If a guy treated me like a toy, he was gone. I didnt waste my time as a young woman at all. My husband asked me to marry him within 3 months of courting. Ladies, we need men who are vouchers in our life to protect us and our chastity. This is old fashioned but the purpose is to protect you. Protect your heart, mind and soul, your entire body as well as your time and resources. The wrong person can break you down.

I grew up without a father. I always thought it didn’t affect me, I’ve took the mindset of it not mattering because I still have a life to live. Now that I’m 33 I’m grasping the fact that I missed out on a lot of key lessons and examples of what I needed from a male or how I need to present myself. I am now a single parent and struggle in all categories. I’d like to truly be saved but my mental seems to hold me captive way too often.
