When a mother-to-be is in labor and everything is progressing well, including the cervix dilation, good labor contractions, and the baby’s position, something called fetal distress can happen. It is when the amniotic sac either ruptures on its own or is ruptured by a healthcare professional and when the color of the amniotic fluid is not clear or colorless, like tender coconut water.

If the color is green, brown, or dark brown, it means that the baby has passed its first stool, also called meconium, leading to reduced oxygen supply to the baby and a dip in the baby’s heartbeat. At this stage, the doctors do not wait for normal delivery.

Hi doctor i am one of your follower.
actually 3 year before - paining from night itself. ruptured my sac by 11 morning- waited till 4 evening and was trying for normal and baby was monitored for heart beat -baby came by 4:30 timing by normal. But injected 3 times doctor. But did not tell about baby motion.
