omg I’ve been waiting for a relevant time to share this fact and the intro reminded me of it: so there was a study in 2007 that’s since been said that there wasn’t enough data on, but still not disproved that strippers got more money when they were ovulating: “strippers made an average of $30 per hour more than menstruating women and $15 per hour more than women elsewhere in their cycles.” Something about actual smells or something. would love to see a follow up to the study though.

The disclaimer and the last tip were excellent advice. I especially love the last tip. It's been a lifelong struggle for me to learn how to listen to my body and respect it. Having struggled with an eating disorder, I always viewed my body as something that needed to be changed or manipulated and it was never good enough. Now that I am in recovery I have had to re-learn how to listen to what my body is asking for and respond to it without judgement. Treating your body like your BFF is a great way of putting it. You are one of the few fitness channels that I follow and it's because of the high quality information you provide.💜

Omg thank you for this video. My husband and I decided to paint the inside of our house and it turned into a whole week process. So I haven't worked out in a week. I am trying not to be hard on myself. Keeping my food and protein similar to my normal but now I am sick. So I am just pushing to get better and keep my body healthy. After watching this video, I feel better about taking this week off and just moving with the flow. Thank you. Next week will be better. 💪🙏🏼
