I know, I know, you aren't supposed to flip a burger more then once. but here's a tip I learned by NOT knowing that, , , I flip mine often (about once every 45 sec.) and when I do I brush on Olive Oil on every flip. They turn out juicy and the Olive Oil gives them a GREAT TASTE. Just try ONE like that.

How does putting an ice cube on the patty make it juicy? The water just evaporates and certainly doesn't get into the meat...
