You should look into fisiotherapy for fixing that muscle imbalance, it's gonna add a solid amount of stability to your lifts for even higher records

yo Quin can you try to fix muscle imbalance i think that would help you, search up muscle imbalance gift exercise with the kettlebels, i used to lift light like you but when i started doing standing hip thrusts my big bench press went into huge, i hit 1000 pounds into 3 months of lifting as a vegan natty 13 yo teenager on a cut
