True story I was working out in college and there was this cute girl in the gym who started seeing this other guy who was kind of big and she helped him work out one day. So she went to spot him when he was benching with 375 or such. When it started going back down he yelled ...".take it"....
.... She was trying a's hard as she could... she yelled..." I can't".... I ran over and helped but I was laughing my ass off on the inside. She was petite probably about 5-4.
