Moving in together for convenience over commitment is a bad idea but all they care about is their needs (Baylen wants to move out and Colin needs cheaper rent)

One thing this series has taught me... that I should have joined the Air Force like Colin instead of the Army. We would spend several days at a time out in the field on training exercises, sometimes as much as 12 days, Colin seems to never have overnight guard duty or field exercises.

I find it crazyyyy how many people are defending him.. I would be so mad if my boyfriend left me on my birthday, didn’t communicate all day and left me to go to the restaurant by myself.. when her parents asked where he was she said “I don’t know, we didn’t talk all day”

He’s supposed to be the man of the house. He was supposed to make sure home was taken care of first. Even so, why would you go all day and not communicate with her and then have her walk in on her birthday alone? He also doesn’t think he could’ve done better in that whole situation at the restaurant?!? Red flags everywhere. He’s not ready to be a husband, I’m sorry.
For those saying “she’s a drama queen, ” that entire situation was deeper than just “a couch.” If you don’t understand from her perspective, then I’m assuming it’s the younger generation who’s condoning his behavior. One day you will understand all of this while going through something similar of your own.

I think they could work together, if this show didn't exist. I think TLC is pushing the moving in together/marriage and that's just not good for a young couple like this who have a lot of growing up and maturing to do.
