Disabling notifications works amazingly well btw
Also- only use social media/ youtube on a desktop or laptop that you can walk away from and it doesn't live in your pocket the vast majority of the time

Highlights the issues most of us go through, phone addiction is absolutely real and it’s sad that all ages go through it. Before smartphones, people were genuinely a lot happier and healthier. It’s time to reconnect to the real world that’s around you and not the small screen in your hand. People seem to forget that reality and staring into your smartphone are two different worlds.
