Nice vid. Good tips.... Unfortunately a variety of people in the gym forget to train the muscles of the scapula that help to stabilized it.
Until the problem become worse and visible....hopefully will come out more video like this.

Holy shit just doing this after 1 set it feels better, and even by the looks of it you can see that there is results straight after the exercise. Thank you my man!!🙏 watched many exercises this was by far the BEST one, and EASIEST one to do. Period.
