Winged Scapula Progress After Years of Long Thoracic Nerve Damage

What’s a #WingedScapula? THIS! My right #serratusanterior doesn’t fully work anymore due to #LongThoracic #NerveDamage many moons ago. Due to the #serratus not functioning properly, it doesn’t pull my scapula into my rib cage as it rotates around while stabilizing the shoulder. What’s really weird is I don’t even feel this awkwardness anymore. My Lats and Traps stabilize my shoulder. I’ve done many different surgeries and treatment to try and get more life out of my #SerratusMuscle, but here we are. Ask questions, stare awkwardly, or just hang out. Do Pike push ups after wrist stretches and wrist mobility that would help to transfer all the weight to Serratus Anterior while doing Pike push ups. i hsve been doing Pike push ups and Core exercises since 3 months+ . Yesterday i felt burning in my SA especially in last 4 parts of SA. My tip is to not focusing on FIRST 4 SA parts attached to the Chest but focus on Last 4 parts of SA attaches to the core while exercising and Normal Day life . i had been experiencing SCAPULA WINGING for 2 years ; Doctors didn't recommend any surgeries because my LTN nerve isn't damaged by Physical activity . Nerves heal 1mm per day.

May I ask how you acquired your injury? I deal with something similar. 6 years of chronic pain now. Though my winging and crepitus have seemed to improve, the pain is as bad as ever. I haven’t done rehab for like 8 months so maybe that’s contributing?

There’s No HOPE with this i could never ever even move like this! I would vomit from pain and movement! It make me feel suicidal!
