For Blender you should change the normal format to open GL instead of Direct X. Blender works with Open GL so if you export as Direct X textures may come out inverted.

Absolute lifesaver. I watched multiple videos on masks and generators, but every single one of which failed to mention the simple step of baking the textures first.

The uv thing got me crazy. I used a cylinder as the leg for a table and its edges when it goes to substance painter would repeat and is so obvious that it has lines and not seamless(yes my design is kinda well all over the place) I tried all the mark and sharp selection technique or doing the paint passthrough clone thingy same. Idk, but i wanna cry. And i cant give up. 😓

Only handpainting could hide it but im still learning it. Do u have any ideas???

Used it and it really helped. Thank you!

it seemed easy enough from your explanation, but for some reason, my model came out with all kinds of weird shadowy looking marks all over it. the uv maps should be ok, so i'm super confused.

My model already have materials with textures, i just wanna bake it in Substance. How i can open it in Substance? If i open it - its open white - without materials and textures. Or i do something wrong? I wanna use my model in Unreal, but its have some shaders and this not work in Unreal, i think bake help me, but i dunno what to do.
