💪💯Danke für das tolle Video! Werde ich morgen probieren😇ich liebe dieses Training, weil in kurzer Zeit relativ viele Kalorien verbrannt werden, und auch der Nachbrenneffekt ist nicht zu unterschätzen. Bin schon 52 Jahre alt..es reicht nicht nur Ausdauer zu trainieren... Krafttraining mit eigenem Körpergewicht ist der Hammer👍👍👍💯💯💯werde sicher wieder mit dir trainieren. Glg aus der Steiermark an alle Sportskanonen💕😘
