Pressed the Reset and turned the Circuit Breaker back on and a few minutes later the breaker tripped. When it was on, the Top Element light was lit, but the Bottom Element light never did come on. Thanks for posting this video.

Seems to have done the trick! I think a power outage tripped it, this clears the code and it says it’s heating…will post back if it didn’t take care of the issue. Thank you!

Would I reset this if my water is only staying hot for 10 minutes?

So I turned off the breaker, removed the cover, pushed the reset button, put the cover back on, and then turned the breaker back on. Is that correct?

Wouldn't switching the main power off and on naturally reset the water heater? I am also having the same issue as most people in the comments section. My hot water only lasts 5-7 minutes. That's on the 1st morning shower.

My heater has a blinking light 4 times saying service needed and there is no hot water . Should i just reset?

Will the button light up or make any sounds to let you know it's been reset.

This only applies to their electric heater, not gas, right?

So mines keeps beeping and then when I press the back status or off on hold three second button the hot water stops being hot and it goes back to ice cold water so you need suggestions
