They said if the other black wire is not connected it affects internet call those that included my mobile phone? And did you ever use the black wire

All the lights work except from the Internet one. ITS BEEN 5 HOURS. I'm so tempted to leave sky after being with it for 19 years. It always has issues whenever I connect the newest broadband, sick of it

Mine came with an ethernet cable to connect to the ONT box. The BT LInebox is now unused and is obsolete. I get around 420 Mbps.
