Allan Lictman is an author, historian and professor at American University, but his claim to fame is correctly predicting presidential elections since 1984. Lictman, who has been dubbed as the “Nostradamus” of presidential elections, shares his prediction that Vice President Kamala Harris will win the 2024 election, and the method behind his thinking.
