4:48:27 Just before this the guys all ran out on the beach. They return with a family of 5, 3 little kids, one with a blanket. The whole area was evacuated and they were apparently just chilling on the beach peacefully watching imminent doom. I was both laughing and mortified simultaneously when I saw this. I hope they beelined it some place safe, the heavy stuff rolled in minutes later.

I watched this all day and night yesterday. About 10 hours. Reed ya'll are amazing. Conner did pretty good too. He seems like he needs to mature some more. He seemed more interested in how many likes he had and followers than the actual storm and chasing....But this coverage was the best anyone could ask for. Ya'll are amazing

OK, I have to.... the subbie is gonna need a snorkel and a lift kit or floaties. When you get new tires, a suggestion would be to get ones that you still are able go even flat and not destroy your rims. However, I've mentioned it before that you need a 4x4 truck that has a lift kit, similar to Edgar's, but no lower, so you can navigate in more places. It also has the benefit of you being able to help others that have gotten stuck. Tires suitable for off road would be best. Put a cover on the bed and put one of the pull out drawer organizers in the bed. That way you have a place for tow straps, log chains, a good jack, jump box, chain saw, gas cans, oil, etc and other supplies you may need on a chase. It's stored there which frees up the cab of the truck for you and the dominator crew. Obviously it would need to be a 4dr. There is also a guy that has created a storage drawer that is curved that goes under your back seat, bquiut is still able to be pulled out without lifting seats and such. Extra batteries, extra electronic equipment, even a quick change of socks, extra shoes, set of clothes, etc could be kept under the back seat. The you still have a bit of room behind the back seat for addl quick grab items. A cooler that plugs in to a inverter or such for drinks and food would also be smart to have with you.
Even with the subbie, it would help for you to have a storage system for the rear. so you could put big tools under and have additional space for the other items that would make your life easier while you are chasing. I'm just one that plans and made sure we had the things needed in the truck or car for whatever we had going on. Someone was spoilt since he was able to grab most of what he needed if we were riding 4 wheelers, at the track, or whatever. It's a me thing, I hate not having what I need bc it was not put back where it belonged. lol

thank you all for such great footage, information, laughs and peace of mind..
im in Australia and I know some people in Florida, Tampa that stayed home. and it was a blessing to watch this unfold. 
is it normal tho to have so many tornados before a hurricane? 
these did damage and even taking a few lives... 
hopefully the Milton damage will be minimal as can be..
