I’ve been getting quotes, based off purchased plans, on excavation which prices have been steady, framing materials obviously off the charts double in most cases if not more, windows and doors the pricing is up considerably and the labor for framing is interesting if you do the work to find a capable crew and learn about the framing process so your comfortable with it, I have found in my situation that you can save some money on framing labor in other words framing labor has not risen as much as the material itself. I’m located in the populated North East. That’s my novice update thanks stay focused!

The thing is getting a loan to build has to higher interest rate than a traditional mortgage. So im just not sure if you will see much of a saving if any at all

The information is great, however I wonder if it’s applicable to where I am at. I’m in the San Diego, CA area and the median home price is over double what you mentioned in the video. We want to build a 2, 700-3000 SqFt home, single level, do you have any videos that would be more applicable to our situation?

So, does your business sell the materials needed for building homes ? Or have contractors ? Or just the plans and list of materials ? I am trying to sell my house and buy a farmland out in the ozarks, I am hoping to use the equity on the house I own now and not have no mortgage or minimal mortgage .
