This is how much it cost to build a 30x40 pole barn. I went with a company called @armourmetals , they are located in Augusta, GA. They did a great job. The price includes the concrete, materials, and labor. It does not include the garage doors or electrical.

I built a 30’x40’ red iron steel building with two commercial roll up doors $13500, 6” thick slab with footers and piers $7000. Just myself and my 74yo mother. No fork lift or crane

Here in the Netherlands you'd have to add in 550K for buying your neighbors house so you have room to place it.

My 30X40 pole cost $45, 000. But that includes a 30x20 concrete driveway. Includes plumbing for a bathroom which includes toilet, sink, shower, and water lines from house. Also I had a dump station installed on the opposite side of barn for my class C RV. I can pull in and dump my tanks and hook up water to my RV. So i guess im pretty happy with what I got and what I paid for it.

Did mine myself for about $21, 000, ..but I went with a few extras. I did have my beer buds work for me tho. I paid them BBQ n beers👍. Took a few weekends cuz I had to cut them off once they started talkin funny, but all in all it came out pretty straight, .. if you tilt your head to one side😁.

My grandpa has 15 acres of land and there’s an old barn on it but it’s huge. Starting this summer we’re gonna clean out the inside and start renovating it

After getting a new room added to our house, 100 k for that sounds like a good deal. No joke

so I had my pole barn built in December of '22. it's a 40x60x16 ALL steel. I opted for double bouble insulation, 2 16x14 rollup doors, and an oversized entry door. JUST the building installed on my concrete pad was just over 60k. I also did wainscoting, which was extra. also the rollup doors are on the north side gable end which is cheaper to build. I used mid valley structures out of Michigan where I live, they subed out to North edge steel out of Indiana. I had my building installed within 1 month, that's first call to inquire to the keys being handed to me after it's built. took the crew 5 days to assemble on site. hope this helps those that are looking into building. I've been let down by almost every pole barn builder I called, most didn't call back or were well over a year out. I looked for 4 years before stumbling upon who I did. best experience and easiest building experience. also since then, my building has been through 5' of snow in just one of the few storms we had, plus this summer so far 70+ mph consistent storms with gusts of 90mph.

My 80x40 metal was 16K, 16K for concrete, 5.2K for lumber. Not sure on labor cost yet. They are still putting it up

I'd pay that! Show on up. I was just quoted 87k for 40x60 no plumbing no electrical and I had to get the permit.

Yeah here in CA the concrete would easily be 30K lol

@$200 per yard, $7k is about the exact you will currently pay in Georgia. $3500 for 18 yards of concrete and the same for labor to pour and finish.

That's a very good deal. I'm in Georgia. I would like to know who you used.

I had a 40x40 built about 5 years ago for right around 20, 000 , premium metal . Concrete finished . I even had some add ons as well as a loft and had a small room finished inside with metal ceiling

Thank you! I have waited for years to hear this. I would like a 20x30 and nobody gives a straight answer.

My 30'x96' building, materials and labor was $38, 000 a few years back. We are getting ready for concrete and I shudder to think what that will cost!
