well i'm now doin b2b sales for first time, feelin quite uncomfortable to start. especially PICKING UP the phone after i made a few bad calls, instead i feel better to send out emails but when i finished the target a day its already not a gd time to call! so true from ur notes.

i'll start with calling from tmr and put sending emails the second priority. thx for ur advice :)

Hello im a final expense agent. I has my lincense for 2 year. Working the phones thru our telesales division, has it great points but its harder to close clients. My question is how to keep the client engage? What should i do when the client say send me some information after they called into our corporate office?

Do you suggest that there is a better time to cold call ? Morning b4 9am or afternoon close to 4pm ot 5pm ? Never on Monday morning or lunch time ?? Or take a chance any time ?

I am going to write a script. I flubbed a call last week leaving a VM. I was getting an incoming call and got distracted. I probably could have stayed on track if I had a script.

I understand not being to hype and excited at the beginning. Do you feel asking how they are doing at a more calming tone and conversational tone is ok to do.
