Ok...1? It's Rod Serling NOT Sterling and 2? WHY are there photos of sculptor/artist Richard Deacon mixed in this piece? They look nothing alike & have zero to do with one another. How a person can post this piece & not see this just boggles the mind...Richard the actor was brilliant & hilarious.

The very first frame of this video was not Richard Deacon.

Thanks for including his cooking program. I wish the CBC would build a YouTube channel with those episodes!

Some of the photos of “older” Richard Deacon is not him, but of a European artist/sculptor who happen to share his name and slight bald appearance. But the gentleman in those photos is not the actor Richard Deacon.

A handsome young friend took me to Numbers restaurant on Sunset Strip around 1978, where successful closeted gay actors could meet young proteges, some of them became famous actors themselves. I turned at the bar and was face to face with Richard who was ordering drinks for friends waiting for a table. I didn't know exactly what to say so I thanked him for all the laughs he'd given me as a kid in his movies and on TV. He was polite but I later learned you were not to acknowledge anyone famous there.

Oof. Was this for a junior high presentation? It is so poorly put together and researched. The first picture and the last pictures (the last 30 seconds of the video) are of the sculptor Richard Deacon, not the actor. The fellow Binghamton resident, referred to was Rod Serling, not Rod Sterling. The word is eponymous, not epophynous.

I have no doubt that Frank Bank, Tony Dow, Jerry Mathers, and Ken Osmond came to Richard's funeral.

In the 1960's, 70s my father hated Phillis Diller . He called her every nasty name when she appeared on a TV show we were watching.
