‘The more you know, the more flexible you can be’ - well said!

As an esthetician, one of the most frustrating things to me is the myth that drugstore skincare is bad for your skin and/or you can’t get results with drugstore products.
There is a whole professional skincare market that you’re expected to be tapped into and a die-hard defender of, and it just frustrates me! I’ve been almost berated on an esthetician Facebook group for saying drugstore products aren’t bad. And have had people use “laugh” reactions on my comments when I’ve said that someone could start out with a drugstore retinol. Estheticians and other avid skincare users can really be on their high-horse about products and what should and shouldn’t be used. It irritates me to no end.

I know, as Dr. Shah and Dr. Maxfield said, there are some expensive products that are worth the price tag, I won’t deny that. But c’mon! Using a drugstore cleanser or retinol is not the end of the world!!

Love to see a video on dark underarms and inner thighs on over the counter solutions. Also on a video on tretinoin dos, don’ts and what profuse to use while using this.

Thank you doctors! Please debunk hair myths too ❤❤ I saw too many 'hair influencers' demonising hair wash and it's getting disgusting. [Edit] I'd like to be specific about this. These influencers suggest that not washing your hair for a long time can give you a full head of hair (and that the among of hair isn't genetic but hairwash frequency + using the right/wrong products).

I've always heard that using warm/hot water opens your pores and cooler water closes them. Then saw a video from a medical esthetician that our pores don't open and close.

I saw a dermatologist the other day say not to get laser treatments because they can break down the fat in your skin & make you look older. He also talked about Morphesis 8 doing the same thing. What is your opinion please? Thank you! 🥰

I made the comment about a month ago or so about Vitamin C and asked if it was appropriate to put on both day and night, as I always do. I'm so glad that you both agree!

I would love to see a video on the most effective or most worth the money in-office treatments ex. lasers, micro needling, light therapy. Ive been wanting to treat myself but I don't know what to splurge on.

Can you please do a video on debunking those people that think sunscreen causes cancer and those that tell others to stay out in the sun because that’s what their ancestors did.

Imagine getting so heated over using Vitamin C during the day or night 😅 Like it's up to individual and their skin's needs. Personally I love to use it during the day while at night I use retinol. So far so good and as 36 year old that is often mistaken for someone in their early to mid 20s, my skin is definitely better now than it ever was 😊😊

Didn’t realized so many people have strong opinions about Vit C. I started using the one that starts with a T(very long technical word) and I don’t react to it at all. The regular ascorbic Acid Vitamin C was a crap shoot as to a reaction on my sensitive skin. I tried the Isdin Sun screen and love it! It took three months to go through a bottle using a quarter teaspoon a day, My skin seems to look better too so am going to keep using it! Any more videos on older sensitive type skin would be great!

Have you done a video on skin care for young men? My son is 23 and I would like to show him a video on good skin care. Perhaps advice on occasional acne, beard care, and issues from shaving. Also he is a lifeguard and he needs to wear sunscreen for his face that will not cause him to break out. If you have done such a video please let me know which one it is. If not it is a subject I would like to see addressed. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I’d like you guys to do a video reviewing or debunking “clean” or “nontoxic” skincare? I’d like to know how to explain this issue (or nonissue) to others. What ingredients are ok and what ingredients are not ok (hormone disrupters or whatever)? Thanks!
