How Much Sunscreen Is Enough? #Shorts

Common question, how much sunscreen?

I’ve seen others do this calculation before but for me, the “Two-Finger Rule” or "1/4 teaspoon" checks out!

Couple notes: There will be variations between individuals based on face size, finger size, and the density of the sunscreen. Mineral sunscreens (zinc oxide) have a higher density, therefore, you can use less volume. Also, teaspoons you find in your kitchen are not always accurate, so I confirmed mine using a 3 mL medical syringe.

I have oily skin and it's so hard to find a sunscreen that's comfortable and not oily on my skin. I've tried soo many, and my favorite at the moment is the Littllextra riceberry sunscreen. It's so light and actually dries down to a smooth finish. It's completely non-sticky and totally smooth. So good and works well with the riceberry moisturizer.
