Freaky Eaters is a series in which nutritionist Charlotte Watts and psychological coach Felix Economakis help people with strange eating habits and food phobias and addictions. While Charlotte encourages them to eat new foods, Felix attempts to get to the bottom of the psychological problems causing their food phobias, with the aim of getting them on the road to eating a healthy balanced diet in just four weeks.

She seems very sheltered. Her parents have reinforced her childish belief systems to the point where she is crippled without them. They haven't taught her how to navigate the world, and that is a disservice to a child.

Finally!! Finally one of these shows addresses the failure of the parents. Their first stop should have been the g.p when she was a child for a physical then to a psychiatrist or psychologist. Every single time I watch these shows they gloss over the fact that the parents failure to do anything when they were little made the problem much bigger. Good job!
