15% income tax total. No sales tax. Let people keep their money and the economy will grow because people are natural consumers of goods and services. We don’t need all the government agencies. Stop all the government spending and let the economy grow naturally.

What isnt immediately obvious is citizens would pay for this tariffs which may encourage local manufacturing but with capitalist price gouging i doubt that would do much to drive prices down especially with our love for monopolistic organizations

You cannot tax foreign countries. A tariff will simply be turned around and become a tax on the consumer. China is not going to pay a tax. They'll pass that to u. What are we even talking about here? You don't know what a tariff actually is. I learned that in tenth grade.
