I GOT PUFF #1!! 3rd batch. I turned the burner up to 7 instead of 6. My good non stick pans get damaged at 7 so I pulled out an old pan, cranked up the heat and BAM! So if your tortillas are still a tad doughy like mine were, don’t back off the water - up the heat some! Good luck. OMG good!

I made this every day at my neighbor's house when I was growing up. Flour and corn and I said when I grew up I was only going to buy my tortillas cuz they were a lot of work. Haha I still make them once in awhile but my husband eats them as fast as I get them done
